This is a hands on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys designing and delivering modern device management solutions at scale, with a strong focus on standardisation, security, and user experience.

Cloud CROWD is a specialist modern workplace and EUC consultancy delivering outcomes for enterprise and government organisations across Australia. The team is known for deep technical capability, strong engineering standards, and a practical approach to solving complex environment challenges.

You will be joining a technically focused and supportive team environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are part of day to day work. Engineers are encouraged to grow through mentorship from senior technical staff, exposure to diverse customer environments, and structured learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments
  • Lead Microsoft Intune configuration and policy design
  • Deliver large scale device fleet deployments and refresh programs
  • Develop build standards, security baselines, and deployment methodologies
  • Harden endpoint environments in line with ASD Essential Eight and CIS benchmarks
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership across modern endpoint architecture and best practice

Required Experience

  • Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Proven experience designing and deploying Windows 11 SOE environments
  • Demonstrated delivery of large scale endpoint fleet rollouts
  • Experience with Autopilot, compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Desirable Certifications

  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
  • Security focused Microsoft certifications are highly regarded

Australian work rights are required for this position.
