We currently have multiple store management opportunities available, so whether you're ready to run the show as a Store Manager or step up as an Assistant Store Manager, this could be your next big move.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team, set the vibe, and keep the good times rolling across one or more stores.
  • Customer Cheers: Help customers discover their new favourite drink, from the perfect wine pairing to the latest craft beer release.
  • Merch Magic: Keep shelves looking sharp, displays fresh, and stock flowing smoothly.
  • Sales & Promotions: Bring energy to seasonal campaigns, activations, and in-store promos that get people talking.
  • Keep It Running: Rosters, cash handling, and day-to-day ops, you'll make sure it all runs like clockwork.
  • Grow & Glow: Share ideas, track results, and drive success while building your own leadership skills.

What we're looking for:

  • Retail or hospitality leadership experience (bonus points if you know your way around a good shiraz or craft IPA).
  • A genuine passion for all things beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Strong customer service skills, because people love you as much as they love our products.
  • Current RSA
  • Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
