About the role

Leura Gourmet - Cafe and deli in the heart of the Blue Mountains, is seeking experienced,  passionate and dedicated waitstaff to join our team. As a casual waiter/waitress, you will be a key part of delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.  Barista skills desired but not essential.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and attentive table service to our customers
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar waitstaff role
• Barista experience desired but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
