Pharmacist Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to oversee daily operations and help drive the continued growth of this thriving community pharmacy . You will enjoy the autonomy of running your own store, while still having the guidance of supportive owners and the backing of a strong, experienced team across three local pharmacies. You will lead a supportive, motivated team who take pride in delivering outstanding healthcare and building lasting relationships with patients. As Pharmacist Manager your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the team, to meet all all professional and ethical requirements, as well as providing exceptional customer care with the goal of developing relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and long-term success of the pharmacy, overseeing the day-to-day dispensary operations and healthcare initiatives within the pharmacy, oversee community and nursing home websters, vaccinations and more

About the Pharmacy:

• Dispenses approximately 150 prescriptions per day
• Services three nursing homes with Webster packing
• Support team includes:
  
  · 1 full time pharmacist (2 full time pharmacists in total including you)
  
  · 2 Webster packers (with packing machine)
  
  · 1 dispensing technician
  
  · 1 pharmacy assistant always on shift
• Access to staff from two other pharmacies we own in the immediate area
• Part of the Chemsave banner group

About our Ideal Candidate:

*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA

* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* You have excellent customer services skills

* You have strong attention to detail

* You are able to handle pressure

* You are able to build rapport with the community

The Offer:

This role offers a package of $180,000 per year with generous sign-on incentives, including $100,000 upfront for a five-year contract or pro rata bonuses from $20,000 to $80,000 for shorter terms. Attractive rate of $60/hr + super and a genuine pathway to ownership for the right candidate.
