The Opportunity

As a Palletising Operator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our automated packaging and warehouse systems running efficiently. You will operate and maintain key equipment including palletising machines, laser guided vehicles (LGVs), wrappers, and labellers to ensure smooth, accurate, and safe production performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision and teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

  • Operate and maintain plant equipment, including automatic palletisers, LGVs, wrappers, and SSCC labellers.
  • Safely load and unload pallets, ensuring product integrity.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock rotation and secure storage using high-reach forklifts.
  • Record and track all finished goods movements, pallet put-aways, and racking transactions.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance and HACCP procedures, completing all required checks and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, maintenance, and quality teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.
  • Respond efficiently to equipment faults or stoppages, escalating as needed.
  • Participate in daily shift meetings, sharing updates and improvement opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • A current forklift licence with high-reach experience and confidence operating in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Background in a customer-focused FMCG setting (preferred), where quality, pace, and teamwork are key.
  • A motivated, reliable, and self-driven approach — you take ownership of your work and pride in doing it well.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve on the go in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
  • Experience using RF scanning technology to manage inventory efficiently.
  • A solid understanding of inventory and stock control processes, ensuring accuracy in every task.
