Motorama is looking for a hands-on and organised Holding Yard Supervisor to lead our Pre-Delivery holding yard operations at our Nathan Pre-Delivery Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong vehicle handling knowledge, an eye for detail, and team leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising all holding yard operations and team members
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient check-in of new vehicles per factory and company standards
  • Managing vehicle storage to maximise space and ensure safety
  • Liaising with stock control and sales managers as required
  • Overseeing the use and care of yard tools and equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement in yard processes, cleanliness, and vehicle flow
  • Upholding safety, quality, and customer care standards
  • Supporting team development, training, and performance
  • Assisting with vehicle movements, including deliveries, when needed
We're looking for someone who has:
  • A current open driver's licence
  • Previous experience in vehicle check-in/out or storage operations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication skills
  • A high standard of care in vehicle handling and yard presentation
  • Willingness to use technology to streamline processes
  • A can-do attitude, team spirit, and alignment with Motorama's values
