Project Specialist – Marketing Installations

Location: Look Print | Reports to: Sales  | Type: Full-time

We're looking for a hands-on Project Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of installation projects — from planning and scheduling through to on-site execution and cost control.

You'll coordinate contractors, liaise with clients, attend site when needed, and ensure all installs are delivered on time, to budget, and to Look Print's quality standards.


What You'll Do

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation jobs.
  • Manage and brief installers, ensuring clear communication.
  • Oversee budgets and data for cost control.
  • Attend site for complex or high-value jobs to manage quality and resolve issues.
  • Maintain compliance documentation (e.g., Rapid Global, CM3).
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements.
  • Manage installer relations — maintain, grow, and evolve the network to improve capability and coverage.
  • Ensure on-site culture is safe, professional, client-focused, and quality.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven project management experience (print, signage, or related industries, advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter and team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to attend site.
