Skills:

• Extensive beverage knowledge of premium wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Experience in recruiting and training high-quality teams.
• Drinks menu collaboration.
• Contribute to sourcing and developing exclusive products.
• Assisting in social media and marketing content creation.
• Maintenance and cleaning.

Environment:

• High-quality products with a New York-style local bar feel.
• Strong focus on music and creative clientele.
• Experience with vinyl records, supervising select diverse live performances, and 24-track analog recordings for our upcoming limited edition vinyl releases.
• Ability to grow our new brand as a Melbourne institution on the back of our super-established human rights premium coffee roasting business, "Johnny's''.

• Trading hours are from an afternoon start to 11 pm latest close from Thursday to Sunday.
