About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take charge of the Byron Bay store. You'll lead your team to deliver strong results, outstanding service, and visually inspiring displays that reflect the brand's creative spirit. This is a hands-on role where leadership, passion, and attention to detail will set you apart.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager, ready to step up
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear retail
  • Strong leadership with a focus on team development and results
  • Skilled in visual merchandising and stock management
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional in-store experience
