Troocoo is partnering with a Financial Services organisation. Due to team expansion, multiple full-time permanent opportunities are available for an ICT Procurement Specialist and a Goods and Services Procurement Specialist.

These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are confident navigating the full procurement lifecycle - delivering value for money, driving innovation, managing risk, and optimising contract performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead or support end-to-end procurement activities across a diverse portfolio (including technology, general goods and services).
  • Prepare procurement and contracting documentation, including approvals, tenders, evaluation, award recommendations, variations, and terminations.
  • Engage, influence, and advise internal stakeholders and vendors to support commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with relevant policies, frameworks, and governance requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality procurement advice that supports business strategy and outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and promoting procurement strategies that drive continuous improvement and transformation, including category planning, vendor management, risk management, and commercial outcomes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and vendors to support improved business and commercial outcomes.
  • Provide high-level stakeholder engagement with internal customers, demonstrating superior relationship management and influencing skills with external parties.

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience within an end-to-end procurement, category, or contract specialist position.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end procurement, category management, or contracts roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, risk management, and supplier engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
