Alfie Hair Design is a small boutique salon in the heart of Newstead / Tenneriffe, proud to serve the local community with a great, loyal clientele.
The salon is a space for our clients to feel calm and relaxed as we strive to be a place to switch off and be pampered. We are an inclusive, welcoming salon that loves giving our clients beautiful hair with impeccable service and one-on-one time.
If you are used to juggling multiple clients at once, we may not be the right salon for you. The time with the client is precious to us, and we want to ensure they have our full attention to feel rejuvenated when leaving us.
We are looking for:
- An established stylist, 5 years experience minimum
- Colourist and Cutter
- Team player, but can work independently
- Self-motivated
- Manages their column and time well
- Loves a diverse and loyal clientele
- Honest and reliable
Our Offer:
- Full-Time Rotational weekend
- $75,00-$80,000 per year + super
- 9 Day Fortnight, take every second weekend as a long weekend
- UNCAPPED commissions - very high earning potential
- We encourage but don't force industry education
- Smart casual dress code
- We use Evo low chemical colour, Evo styling, and Oribe styling
