Support Worker – Female (Part-Time, Canning Vale)

Location: Canning Vale, WA

Schedule: Wednesday & Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a female support worker with a reliable vehicle to provide quality support services in the Canning Vale area.

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (for client transport).
  • Previous experience in disability or community support (preferred).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and First Aid/CPR.
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (desirable).
  • Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support in line with client's care plan.
  • Assist with community access, transport, and engagement activities.
  • Support with daily living activities as required.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour
