Concierge - Mandurah Branch
We are looking for a Concierge to join our Mandurah branch on a part-time basis.
Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the following roster:
Roster hours per week):
- Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9am - 4pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 4pm

Do work that matters
In this role, you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you interact with. You'll be the first point of contact in the branch, helping customers feel welcome and supported, and guiding them to the right solutions - whether that's self-service, digital banking, or a specialist team member.
We're looking for someone who brings initiative, curiosity, and a proactive mindset - someone who sees the bigger picture and is ready to contribute meaningfully to the team and customer experience.
More specifically, you will:
- Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
- Help customers use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Respond to customers' transactional needs, ensuring they leave satisfied
- Identify opportunities to improve service and support team efficiency
- Participate in community events and fundraising activities
- Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team
- Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to improve service
