We're looking for a creative and driven Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Team and help shape how our people learn, develop and bring our brands to life every day.
In this role, you'll:
- Bring our Dayforce Learning platform to life - keeping it fresh, interactive, and engaging.
- Design and develop creative learning content for both digital and in-person delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to transform ideas into impactful, on-brand learning experiences.
- Update visuals, modules, and resources to ensure all training content is current and relevant.
- Deliver engaging group training sessions that inspire and connect with teams.
- Measure engagement and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.
- Support the rollout of new or updated policies, tools, and brand initiatives through effective training.
We're looking for someone with:
- A creative spark with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in e-learning design and digital content creation (using tools like Canva, ChatGPT or other AI tools, and Chameleon/e-authoring software).
- Confidence in delivering training and engaging diverse audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative, "make it happen" attitude with a passion for learning and culture.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects.
- Ideally, video editing or visual storytelling experience.
