In the role of a
Commercial Valuer
, you will join the
NAB Commercial Valuations Team
that's doubling down on winning together

As a Commercial Valuer, you will be part of an innovative, fast-moving team delivering an end-to-end valuations solution for our customers. You will have the opportunity to apply your valuation expertise across all asset types for mortgage security purposes. As Australia's largest business bank, working closely with senior management you will be able to understand the key drivers of value and market conditions of each project and applying this knowledge to produce suitable valuation reports for clients while always maintaining a high level of service delivery for our customers.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Working as part of a results-driven team producing high-quality commercial valuations.
• Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards.
• Self-manage your day to provide professional valuations in a timely manner whilst adhering to industry standards.
• Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a national team on property-related projects.
• Provide excellence for customers and communicate effectively with clients & colleagues.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market.
• A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
• Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic.
• Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day.
• Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent deadline and time management skills.
• Previous experience in commercial valuations with knowledge of methodologies, drivers and report writing.
• The ability to work as part of a dynamic, self-motivated team.
• Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence.
