Are you a visionary clinical leader passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in aged care and disability services? We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager – Clinical Care and Services – Registered Nurse to lead strategic clinical governance and operational excellence across our Support at Home, CHSP, and NDIS Community Nursing programs.

About the Role

As a key member of our executive team, you will:


• Provide strategic leadership and expert clinical advice.


• Oversee the delivery of safe, responsive, and culturally appropriate care.


• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement.


• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and other regulatory frameworks.


• Drive innovation, quality, and financial sustainability across all clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead clinical governance and quality care advisory committees.


• Manage program performance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.


• Champion person-centred care and co-design with consumers.


• Support workforce capability and professional development.


• Ensure robust financial and operational management.

What You'll Bring


• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.


• Proven leadership experience in aged care and/or disability services.


• Strong understanding of Support at Home reforms, CHSP, and NDIS frameworks.


• Postgraduate qualifications in health management, aged care, or clinical governance (desirable).


• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Other Requirements


• Current SA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.


• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening.


• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
