About the role

Always Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Tutor to join our team in Warilla, NSW. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing one-on-one and small group tutoring to primary school students in core subjects such as English, and Mathematics
  • Designing and delivering engaging, tailored lesson plans to support students' academic growth and development
  • Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents and the school
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to identify and address students' individual learning needs
  • Maintaining detailed records of student progress and lesson plans

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a primary school teacher or tutor
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise in core primary school subjects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to tailor your approach to individual student needs
  • Current Working With Children Check or equivalent
