*About the role*
Are you a pharmacist looking to specialise in oncology and haematology? This is a rare permanent full time opportunity to join a supportive hospital pharmacy team and develop your clinical expertise in a specialist area. We're seeking a passionate and motivated pharmacist to join our dynamic oncology pharmacy team, working alongside six other pharmacists across the District. You'll be supported through a structured training program and have access to an education fund to help you grow professionally.

Your Day-to-Day

• Engage with patients undergoing treatment, providing education and confirming medication histories
• Review pathology and medical notes as needed
• Verify and advise on anticancer treatment dosing, monitoring outcomes and toxicity
• Provide medication information and support to healthcare professionals
• Support patients and community pharmacists throughout the treatment journey
