Luxsmith is an eclectic mod-Asian restaurant, wine bar & function space in Seddon. We're on the hunt for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an energetic leader who can inject fun and personality into an environment whilst maintaining professionalism and getting the job done?

This is a hands-on role focused on creating an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike. You'll bring professionalism and personality to the floor while managing day-to-day operations and developing your team.

The successful candidate will be self motivated, hard working & able to stay cool during a busy service. We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday - which provides that much needed work/life balance. Nightly finish times are reasonably early & we are closed most public holidays.

In return, we offer a terrific work environment & great remuneration. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skill set under the guidance of the directors, who have a combined industry experience of over 50 years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead FOH recruitment, training & development

  • Manage rosters, shifts & stock

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

  • Drive sales, monitor budgets & report on performance

  • 2 years in a similar leadership role

  • Strong wine & cocktail knowledge

  • Calm under pressure with a fun, professional attitude
