At Hornsby Toyota, we're proud of our passionate, award-winning team and our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to every guest. We're currently seeking a Showroom Host / Registration Administrator to help ensure the smooth operation of our showroom while supporting our vehicle registration processes.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and play a key part in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in person and over the phone
- General administrative tasks including ordering office supplies, distributing mail, and supporting various departments
- Process registration documents and payments for company and customer vehicles
- Enter registration, insurance details, and payment information accurately into our system
- Support with other duties as needed
About You:
We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience with vehicle registrations and DMS systems (Tune/Revolution highly regarded)
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Confident computer skills and a quick learner when it comes to new systems
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
Additional Information:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- A current driver's licence is required
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly valued, but candidates with relevant skills from other industries are also encouraged to apply
