Role Details:

• Full-time, on-site position
• Standard hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm
• Location: Osborne Park

• Die setting and injection moulding machine setups.
• Perform quality checks on moulds before production begins and ensure products comply with quality standards.
• Respond to and minimise occurrences of faults and breakdowns.
• Maintain machines to minimise down time.
• Inspect quality of products, diagnose and correct issues.
• Conduct start-up and shut-down of machines in line with procedures.
• Trial runs with new dies and equipment.
• Die changes and minimising changeover time.
• Optimise machine cycle times and reduce waste.
• Keep workspace clean and organised.
• Work closely with the Production Manager and Production Team to meet output targets.

• Trade Qualifications in Injection Moulding or Polymer Processing with Die Setting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience post-qualification.
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills, excellent eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
• Forklift licence preferred.
