What's on offer?
We are looking to fill the role of a Senior Operations Supervisor - Line Marking within our Eastern Region (NSW) Infrastructure Services business to be based in our Alexandria office in Sydney. Reporting to the Department Manager, this key leadership role will see you providing support, guidance, and direction to project delivery teams under your remit, with operational oversight of several projects across metropolitan areas and regional NSW.

You will assist in managing resources, client relationships, adherence to Fulton Hogan procedures across projects, and lead a safety-first culture. Working in the senior leadership team, your involvement in business planning and profitable project delivery strategies will play a crucial part in this leadership role for the local team in order to achieve our overall regional strategy.

How you'll connect to the role?
We're looking for candidates who have Line Marking experience in a leadership capacity. You will need to have:

• White card
• Active Drivers Licence C Class (HR is desirable)
• Roadwork experience
• Possess a strong commitment to safety
• Prepared to work overtime and Night works as required
• Prepared to work/stay away from home throughout Australia as required
