Xero Book Keeper

PFM main head office is located on the Redcliffe Peninsular. We are seeking a Casual/ Part-time (2 days a week) experienced, highly skilled Xero Bookkeeper with Payroll and HR duties to join our growing business. This is flexible position and hours, days can be discussed during the interview.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping
· End-to-end bookkeeping in Xero across three entities
· Bank reconciliations, journals, month-end and BAS
· Weekly Sales Reports for management
· Prepare monthly management reports and year end file for external Accountant
· Business transactions and reconciliations
Payroll and HR
· Weekly payroll including super, STP and payroll tax
· Maintain employee records, leave accruals and onboarding details
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Proficiency in XERO & Microsoft Office Suite
· Understanding Payroll and HR in Xero
· Qualification- Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting

· Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
· Flexible hours with the option of one day in the office the other day work from home
