About the Role

Priceline Pharmacy Yeerongpilly is looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Yeerongpilly, QLD. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment where health, beauty and genuine customer care come first.

We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, though we are open to those with strong retail backgrounds who are eager to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with product enquiries, over-the-counter medicines (S2/S3), and health and beauty needs
• Processing transactions and providing efficient point-of-sale service
• Replenishing stock, merchandising shelves and maintaining store presentation
• Assisting the pharmacist with stock control, including unpacking orders and stock rotation
• Supporting store promotions and Priceline brand campaigns
• Ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all customers
• Working collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a retail/customer service role (pharmacy experience preferred)
• Knowledge of S2/S3 medicines and ability to engage confidently with customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a helpful and flexible attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Priceline brand
• A genuine interest in health, beauty and customer care
