About the Role

Our Government client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of a range of residential projects, from medium density to large-scale urban renewal projects. Reporting to the Director Delivery Southern, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are well-planned, financially sound and delivered on time and within budget.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage residential projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met.
  • Provide expert advice on project planning, procurement, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure governance and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Property Development
    or related field.
  • Strong understanding of government processes and statutory requirements.
  • Knowledge of property, construction, and development practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with accountability for budgets and stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel to regional NSW locations as required.
