About the role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our team at the Eagle Heights Mountain Resort in Wongawallan, Queensland. As a casual team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and attentive table service to guests, taking orders and ensuring accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently
- Promoting the resort's offerings and services to enhance the guest experience
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to deliver high-quality service
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
