We're partnering with a high-growth FinTech to find a Service Delivery & Operations Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of core services, manage vendor relationships, and oversee operational performance across the business.

4 days in the office12 month FTC 

In this role, you'll ensure new product features are implemented and launched seamlessly, while driving excellence in customer-facing operations including customer service, credit, and risk. You'll be a key link between technology, product, and operations—making sure the business continues to scale efficiently without compromising on quality or compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead service delivery across vendors and internal teams, ensuring contracts and SLAs are met.
  • Oversee the integration and rollout of new product features, working closely with Product and Engineering.
  • Manage day-to-day operational functions including Customer Service, Credit, and Risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and vendor performance.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal customer impact.
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on service levels, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or vendor management within FinTech, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong background in managing vendors and third-party partners.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Technology teams to deliver new features.
  • Understanding of customer service, credit, and risk operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
