We're looking for a Bookkeeping Manager to lead our high-performing bookkeeping function. This is a senior role where you'll oversee a talented team, manage a portfolio of complex clients, and set the strategic direction for the bookkeeping division.

• Lead the bookkeeping team with vision and purpose, overseeing workflow, quality, and client outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic financial insights.
• Oversee statutory obligations (BAS, IAS, superannuation), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Champion systems improvement and drive the adoption of tech tools (Xero + add-ons).
• Mentor, coach, and grow your team building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence firm-wide strategy and support business growth.
