Your Mission

As a
GBT Expert / Sales Representative
, you'll report directly to the General Manager – Oceania and play a key role in growing EMS's presence across NSW. Your focus will be on sales, training, and customer engagement, ensuring our clients experience the full benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and EMS technologies.

You'll work closely with resellers, educational institutions, and end users, promoting EMS's clinically proven solutions and providing world-class clinical education and support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth across the NSW region and expand the EMS footprint.
• Visit existing and prospective clients to promote EMS's preventive dental solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, universities, government facilities, and key opinion leaders.
• Represent EMS at exhibitions, congresses, and industry events to strengthen our market presence.

Training & Product Education

• Deliver engaging training and demonstrations on EMS technology and GBT.
• Educate and support reseller sales teams and customer service staff.
• Conduct hands-on clinical sessions for dental professionals.
• Ensure customers have the latest product knowledge and clinical resources.

Reporting & Market Insights

• Provide regular sales, event, and competitor activity reports.
• Share market feedback and insights with the wider EMS team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance customer service and processes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in dental, medical, or healthcare sales.
• Proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C sales relationships.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience working with government or educational institutions is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Fluent in English and holds a valid Australian driver's licence.
