What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff
  • Preparing dishes in line with our established recipes and menus
  • Managing stock: ordering, purchasing, and maintaining inventory records
  • Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction with meals and service
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Ensuring proper stock rotation and storage procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $53,741.98 – $82,763.22 per year
