Job Description: Fully Qualified Electrician (Full-Time)

About Us:

We are a small, family-owned mechanical electrical company specialising in commercial and residential projects. We are currently expanding our services to include building automation and are looking for a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team.

The Role:

We are seeking a fully qualified and licensed electrician with a passion for innovation and a strong background in commercial or residential electrical systems. In this role, you will be a key player in our automation expansion, working on a diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings.
  • Work with building management systems (BMS) to install and configure controls.
  • Install and commission KNX and C-Bus systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality, and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted electrical license.

Preferred:

  • Proven experience as a fully qualified electrician in a commercial and residential setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Experience with and knowledge of KNX and C-Bus systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
