Receptionist

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a friendly and highly organised Receptionist to join the team at Avanti Physiotherapy in Mirrabooka, Western Australia. This is a casual role where you will be the first point of contact for both our patients and staff, playing a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our growing physiotherapy practice.

What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and over the phone
2. Efficiently managing patient bookings and schedules
3. Handling cash, EFTPOS transactions, and invoicing
4. Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
5. Providing general administrative support as needed
6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong time management and organisational abilities
4. Proficiency with computers and standard office software
5. A warm, friendly and professional demeanour
