HR Business Partner – 6-Month Contract

Aged Care / Healthcare / New Role

If you're an HRBP who thrives on solving problems, cutting through complexity and guiding leaders with confidence, this newly created role could be your perfect next step.

We're hiring due to a recent restructure, and you'll be joining an engaged, supportive team of BP's who work hard, move fast and tackle challenges head-on. This is a place where your advice matters and where you'll be relied on to bring clarity in the grey.

  • The ability to have tough, honest conversations with peers and management
  • A steady, practical approach when situations get messy

What you will be doing:

  • Providing practical, no-nonsense HR advice across multiple sites
  • Navigating complex healthcare/aged care awards
  • Leading ER matters with professionalism and composure
  • Helping embed proactive, people-first practices
  • Being a trusted partner through ongoing organisational change

What you bring:

  • HRBP experience in aged care, healthcare or a highly regulated environment

    Strong ER capability
  • High level understanding of Healthcare/Nursing/SCHADS awards & EBA's
  • Sound judgement, clear communication and calm under pressure
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence effectively
  • Availability until atleast June 2026
  • Immediate commencement

This is a 6-month contract that will carry you through to the middle of next year and for the right person, there's strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
