What You'll Do

  • Lead and build our automation units, from wiring right through to final assembly.
  • Mentor and guide a small dedicated production team.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and deliver reliable, high-quality products.
  • Maintain a close eye on detail, ensuring every unit meets strict quality standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D to refine and improve designs.
  • Drive workflow improvements and ensure a safe, efficient workplace.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving production needs and challenges.

About You

  • Experience in electrical or electronics assembly (minimum 1 – 2 years ideal).
  • Skilled in soldering, wiring harnesses, and interpreting technical diagrams.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a hands-on role, with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
  • A hands-on leader who motivates others and drives results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and keeping calm under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality standards.
  • Certificate III in Electrical/Electronics (preferred but not essential).
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
