Are you an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist looking for an exciting opportunity to join a caring and community-focused practice? Inner Strength Bayside is looking for a passionate part-time physiotherapist to join our growing team at our new, larger clinic in Cheltenham, Melbourne.

About Inner Strength Bayside: We are a tight-knit team of five physiotherapists, dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive and compassionate environment. We have recently relocated to a new space with four treatment rooms and a large Clinical Pilates studio, allowing us to expand our services. Our services include Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Women's Health services throughout the life stages, Women's Pelvic Health, Cancer Rehabilitation, the GLA:D Program for hip and knee osteoarthritis, Pre and Postnatal Care, and a wide variety of Clinical Pilates classes.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist to join our team in a part-time basis (between 10-20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be a team player and have proven experience in private practice pelvic health physiotherapy. You should be someone who is motivated to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.

• Excellent communication rapport building and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for high quality patient care
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Physiotherapist with minimum of 3-5years of experience in pelvic health
• A strong desire to succeed, progress in your career, and contribute to the clinic's growth
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to support a small, dynamic team
• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a relevant degree

What clinical pelvic health physio skills are required?

• Pelvic floor dysfunction assessment and rehabilitation
• Pelvic Organ Prolapse assessment and management
• Bladder and bowel dysfunction
• Pelvic pain and sexual pain
• Gynae conditions/rehab (e.g. endo/adeno, pre/post op hysterectomy / POP repair)

• Bonus clinical skills: it would be excellent but not essential if the applicant had additional experience in:

• Breast dysfunction - mastitis, engorgement, blocked ducts

• Male pelvic floor dysfunction and management
• Clinical Pilates experience
