At Fraser Motorcycles Wollongong, we have an exciting opportunity within our Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Department for an experienced Parts Interpreter / Advisor.

This is an engaging role, where you'll utilise your strong parts experience and passion for all things Harley-Davidson (Parts, Accessories & Apparel) working as a key member of our Dealership team providing customer with key parts advice and tailor-made P&A solutions face to face, via email and telephone.

Please Note: We are a retail Motorcycle operation, working week is 37.5 hours working 5 days a week including every Saturday with a fixed day off during the week.

Required Experience and Attributes

• Proven Parts Advisor / Interpreter experience ideally within a busy Motorcycle/ Automotive Parts department (minimum 1-year experience).

• A Passion for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Customer Service excellence.

• Previous attentive stock control/goods In & Out experience 

• Willingness to listen, learn & develop your knowledge. 

• Strong working knowledge of electronic parts catalogues.

• Possess Technical/Mechanical knowledge and understanding.

• Adept at promptly preparing customers estimates/quotations.

• Articulate, confident, personable with an engaging manner. 

• Quick thinker, self-motivated with a positive work ethic.

• Highly organised, proven multi-tasker with excellent time management.

• High level of attention to detail with strong numerical ability and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills, solutions focused.

• Computer literate with strong administration & attention to detail skills.

• An Enthusiastic, Energetic, punctual, reliable team player.
