About the role
SHARK COATINGS' is seeking a skilled polyurethane spray shop Sander & All-Rounder to join our team ASAP in Caringbah NSW 2229. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in our thriving business.
What you'll be doing
- Operating polyurethane Sanding & preparation equipment to deliver high-quality finishes
- Sanding and preparing surfaces to a flawless standard
- Assisting with a variety of tasks across the whole workshop, cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues
What we're looking for
- Previous Experience in polyurethane spray painting Shop and Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Knowledge & commitment to working safely at all times and as a part of a very productive team
