About the Role: You'll be working in a hands-on role assisting with the lifting, leveling, and replacement of stumps under houses. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail. You'll be supporting experienced restumpers on a variety of job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with lifting and leveling homes
• Help remove and install stumps (timber, steel, or concrete)
• Operate tools and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols on site
• Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred (but not essential)
• Driver's license and reliable transport
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
