We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista with experience to join our team at our warm, fast-paced and friendly café. If you have a passion for coffee, great customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role

As our Barista, you will:

  • Prepare high-quality espresso coffee consistently and matcha
  • Operate commercial coffee machines confidently
  • Maintain speed, accuracy and cleanliness during busy periods
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Handle cash and POS systems
  • Assist with basic food prep as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience in a café or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk steaming and latte art
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability for weekends preferred
