Responsibility:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional, friendly, and personalised service experience.
• Manage service bookings, check-ins, and the daily workshop schedule to maximise efficiency.
• Clearly explain repair and maintenance requirements, prepare accurate quotes, and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring timely updates and job completion.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent after-service care.

Skills & Attributes:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive preferred, but training provided).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings.
• Confident using computers and service management software.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Current manual driver's licence (essential).
• Automotive/tyre knowledge desirable, but not essential – training will be provided.
