Our client, a leader in the production of high-quality dips and spreads, is looking for reliable and motivated production workers to join their busy manufacturing facility in the Northern Suburbs. About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be a key part of the production process, ensuring products meet the highest standards. Duties include:
- Operating on a fast-paced production line
- Picking, packing, and labelling products
- Blending, mixing, and building recipes to specification
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Adhering to rostered shifts and being available for on-call work as required
Skills and Experience
We are seeking individuals who can bring:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
- The ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety practices
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
