Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are currently looking for Home Care Workers to join our team in the Bass Coast region (Wonthaggi, Inverloch, Dalyston and surrounding areas).

This is a casual role. Must have weekday availability.

Role:

You will provide quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:

  • personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
  • domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
  • transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
  • in-home respite
  • providing companionship

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability preferred
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
  • Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient and compassionate nature
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
  • Dedicated, reliable, honest
  • Willing to learn and upskill with every opportunity

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $43.24 per hour
