About the Role

As a casual educator, you'll play a vital role in fostering safe, respectful, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You'll work alongside passionate colleagues to:

  • Build open, trusting relationships with children, families, and educators
  • Implement routines and programs that support each child's emotional and developmental needs
  • Create indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and risk-aware play
  • Respond to children's cues with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate developmental records and uphold all safety and compliance standards
  • Champion our commitment to child protection and wellbeing in every interaction

About You

We're looking for educators who bring warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to child safety:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in early learning
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training ideal
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
