This isn't one of those rinse-and-repeat AP roles. The business is scaling, the systems are smart (hello automation), and they want someone who's switched on, hungry to grow, and ready to spot problems before they become them.

This part-time AP Officer position is your chance to join a chill, tight-knit finance team making real moves and with a strong chance to go permanent.

They're planning for the long haul and want someone who's hungry to learn, eager to impress, and ready to grow.

You'll be handling:

  • Manage the ANZ inbox - invoices flow in, you process with POs and approvals, quick and accurate.
  • Enter invoices into the system and keep cashflow reports sharp for both Australia & NZ.
  • Liaise with commercial analysts to ensure smooth payment runs - simple stuff, done well.
  • Reconcile payments and handle direct debits.
  • Provide occasional admin support.

SAP experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more.
