The Role

We are seeking a
Security & Compliance Practice Manager

to lead and scale DNX's Security and Compliance practice.

This role combines
practice management and project

leadership, where

you will oversee the practice's growth, ensure commercial success, and personally lead DNX's most strategic security projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, alliance partners, and delivery teams to drive outcomes that strengthen DNX's reputation as the security and compliance partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Security & Compliance team
• Manage practice P&L, utilisation, and resource planning.
• Build capability across delivery and ensure high performance.
• Strategic Project Leadership
• Personally lead and oversee DNX's top security and compliance projects.
• Act as the
  executive point of contact

for key customers, ensuring strong governance and project outcomes.
- Apply project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, PMP, or similar) to deliver on-time, in-scope, and on-budget.
- Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and change management for critical engagements.
- Sales & Business Development
- Partner with the sales team to shape proposals, attend client meetings, and leverage your network to drive growth.
- Work with alliances (AWS, Palo Alto, Vanta, Drata, etc.) to identify and convert opportunities.
- Represent DNX as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and partner forums.
- Technical & Delivery Oversight
- Ensure DNX's security engagements meet compliance, quality, and client satisfaction standards.
- Guide delivery across ISO 27001, SOC 2, IRAP, APRA CPS 234, Essential 8, and AWS Security frameworks.
- Keep DNX ahead of market trends in cloud security, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience
• 8+ years in
  cybersecurity, risk, and compliance

roles.
- 3+ years in a
leadership or practice management role

.
- Proven track record in
leading large/complex security projects

with C-suite engagement.
- Strong understanding of
cloud security (AWS preferred)

and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting
sales cycles and customer growth

.

- Exceptional
stakeholder and executive communication skills

- Financial acumen (budgeting, P&L, utilisation).

Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or PMP/Prince2) are highly desirable.
