What will you do?
  • Experience working in a high end modern, a la carte kitchen (South East Asian/Cantonese style cuisine experience will be highly regarded)
  • Buffet & catering experience will be highly regarded
  • Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Passion for guest service and experience
  • Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments.
  • Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service.
  • Observes and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
  • Personal grooming standards suited to a guest focused business
