Are you an established Medical Director within fertility with a person-centred approach, searching for an opportunity to shape the landscape of inclusive fertility care in Queensland?

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead a dynamic clinical team and ensure exceptional standards of patient care and industry leading success rates.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Be involved in the creation of a brand new inclusive fertility clinic in Queensland.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver personalised treatment plans.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure that the patient experience is at the forefront of clinic operations.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic protocols, policies, and operational workflows.

About you:

  • Full medical registration with Australian Medical Board (or eligibility for full registration) with experience in a fertility clinic setting.
  • A Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent
  • Passionate about the opportunity of holding a pivotal role in developing a new fertility clinic.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
