An established
national property and construction group
is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager or Project Manager
to take the lead on a new
$90M accommodation development.

The Role

  • Oversee delivery of a landmark accommodation project, starting with the
    display apartment
    and progressing through design, procurement, and construction.
  • Manage
    design development
    , consultant coordination, procurement strategies, and construction interfaces.
  • Operate as the
    key project lead
    , working across multiple responsibilities in a lean delivery team.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, program, and budget outcomes.

About You

  • 7–12 years' experience in project delivery, ideally with a
    developer or builder
    .
  • Proven track record delivering
    Class 2 residential or accommodation projects
    ($50M–$100M+).
  • Strong understanding of
    design, procurement, and construction methodology
    .
  • Comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities in the
    early stages of project delivery
    .
  • Driven, proactive, and adaptable – able to work both independently and collaboratively.
