Mrs Jones the baker is a artisan bakery and patisserie based in Sydney's northern beaches .

We pride ourselves in making everything from scratch and using the best ingredients and the very latest equipment.

We have grown in 10 years to having 7 shops all on the beaches and Castle hill .

Mr and Mrs Jones work everyday in the business in the kitchen and

enjoy working with a fantastic team of motivated and passionate pastry chefs and bakers many that have been with us from the very start of the business.

We make all our own gelato, curds, pastry creams, jams, donuts, croissants and vienoisserie and puff pastry (all using french butter) all sourdoughs with our 9 year old culture .Celebration cakes , patisserie, tarts, choux, meringues, mousses, sponges ,cookies, chocolate work and decorations , which is extremely unique for a bakery to  make such a wide range of products from scratch .

We are looking for a pastry chef who wants to excel in their field and have the support to grow and be a member of a great team.

The  ideal candidate would have minimum 3 years experience in quality establishments.

Be a great team player , ability to work in a busy kitchen, help train junior staff  and also work autonomously .

Ideally we are looking for someone who is looking to grow within our business .

Seven day operation - working a 5 day week .

Parking available

Must have full working rights and be in living in  Australia presently.
