Credit & Billings Officer | $75 - 80k + Super | St Kilda Road or Camberwell location available

Are you a finance professional who enjoys blending numbers with people skills? This role offers the perfect mix of credit, billing, and customer care, all within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Work with the families of our clients, coordinating RAD's and accounts
  • Collections of aged debt and overdue accounts.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve queries, and provide top-tier service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and assist in reporting
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Collections, AR or Billings role is a must
  • Aged Care or Health Care (Public or Private), NFP industry exposure would be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You are working with family members, Doctors, nurses and need compassion and patience. This is not heavy debt collecting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
